Milk
Baths - Skin Pampering Treat

A
rich moisturizing milk bath is a skin pampering treat. Whole milk powder, blended
with pure essential oils, makes a wonderful, (and inexpensive) bath treatment. Milk
baths soothe and moisturize dry skin, and just make you feel pampered.
Milk baths
are easy to prepare.
Milk Bath
1 cup powdered whole milk
8 drops essential oil
Essential Oil Suggestions (The following essential oils are
wonderful blended or used alone.)
Lavender - Relaxing
Geranium - Relaxing
Jasmine - Relaxing
Rose - Relaxing
Sweet Orange - Uplifting
Blend powdered milk and essential oils - you can mix milk and oils
in a glass or metal bowl, or shake in a covered
container.
Draw a warm bath. Add milk bath to flowing water. Step into
bath and relax. Soak for 10 to 15 minutes. Pat skin dry and apply a fragrant body
cream or butter.
